The current average Coalition
tree trimming price for most trees is $60 per tree. Price
may vary for large trees that have not been maintained.
Tree trimming will happen
mostly in
winter months when the community trees are trimmed. Trimmers
will not vary from trimming schedule, it has
to be done in conjunction with the community project...
that's how you get the discount.
How does it work?

You must be current in
payment of all funds owed your association.

You create a drawing
indicating the number, species and location of the trees
you would like trimmed. (click here to
see an example drawing)

You sign and return the
consent form to Renaissance along with a check for $60
per tree ($75 for palms).

You will see the charge and
credit for payment appear on your HOA Statement of
Account.

You will be notified of the
approximate time frame the trim crews will be in your
neighborhood.
