approval is guaranteed.

1. You must first submit the
request before painting your home.
2. There are no color substitutions from the selected
color scheme. You must paint the body, trim, and pop-out
combinations. Any variance from a pre-approved color scheme
must be submitted to the ARC Committee.
3. Garage doors must be painted the body or trim color.
4. Repainting your home the original colors is also a
guaranteed paint approval.
5. You must receive approval before painting.
