Below are paint
colors that have been approved by your board of directors.
YOU STILL NEED
APPROVAL - But if you select the exact color combinations,
approval is guaranteed.

** Garage doors must be painted the
main body color.
** Fascia must be painted the pop-out
color.
** Shutters may be painted the pop-out or trim color.
** Pop-outs must be painted pop-out color.
** Front door
may be painted the pop-out or trim color. A natural wood
stain door is acceptable, but must be submitted to the ARC
Committee for approval.

If
you are painting your home the original colors, approval is
not required, but we would appreciate it if you would
contact Renaissance and make us aware so we don't
accidentally give you a violation notice. The paint rules
apply to all homes in the HOA regardless of builder.
